Annual General Meeting

This is a friendly reminder that the Camden Amateur Swimming Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 12 August at 7:00 pm in the Olive Room at Oran Park Hotel.

The AGM is an important opportunity to reflect on the past season and help shape the future of our club. All committee positions will be declared vacant and open for nominations.

Our club relies on the support of volunteers, and we encourage members to consider joining the committee. Whether you’re new to the club or have been involved for many years, your ideas and support can make a real difference. There are a variety of roles available, and every contribution is valued.

All members are welcome to attend.

If you are unable to attend but would like to nominate yourself or another member for a committee position, please email your nomination prior to the AGM.
