Criteria & Expectations
- Minimum age 16 (Captain), 15 (Vice-Captain)
- Minimum 2 years as a Camden member
- Regular attendance at club nights
- Assisting & guiding younger swimmers at club nights
- Assisting with set-up / pack-up at club nights & club events
- Participation at external swimming meets
- Assisting committee or coaches with team related tasks
