We will have a little bit of fun this week. The first 2 swims will be butterfly and freestyle. However, the third swim will be a 100m medley again, but this time we will reverse the order. Swimmers will be starting with freestyle, they will then go into the breaststroke leg, followed by backstroke and finally they will finish off with butterfly. Something different and a little challenge for them.
