Welcome to club night No 13. Swims this week are Freestyle & Butterfly. These are the first 2 swims and are the improvement point swims. While the 3rd swims is the championship swim and this is 100m Breststroke.
Club starts at 7pm sharp. Please be prepared to volunteer for time keeping so club night can go ahead.
